I know first-hand how stressful it can be planning your own wedding, as I had planned most everything from where it would be, down to the decorations, seating chart and gifts. No one could have warned me how long customizing gifts would take, so here I have compiled a list and advice for the 10 best bridesmaid gifts for your small, elegant wedding.
Start with Gift Budget
Without a budget in mind, gifts are where you could easily go over-budget if you are one to love spoiling others and showing them your appreciation. Remember that gifts are not required or expected as many people don't do gifts at all for weddings, but if you are wanting to give gifts, consider the budget for gifts of parents, in-laws, wedding helpers and special guests, as well.
Customize for Best Results
Personally, I love giving gifts, so I could not just give something expected or mundane and wanted to give a little something something that everyone would like. I would start by giving one big gift and other small gifts to complement it.

If I had known Etsy has a lot of gifts I'm looking for, I would have saved a lot of time in the beginning. Venture out of the typical places you shop at, to see that other places have a lot of custom gifts you may want.

If you want to go all out, thrift those small glass trays for jewelry and trinkets! This is a beautiful touch, and I know if I got one I would keep it for a really long time. Add a key chain you made for your Maid of Honor to make it extra special.

Clear Bags are better than regular bags for special occasions and you can see all the fun goodies at once. For bridesmaid gifts, I'd choose anything different than a regular bag. Even a box from Hobby Lobby would add a unique, celebratory touch.

Adding any white tags with your bridesmaid's name in glittered ink will be sure to make her smile. Be sure to print a square photo of you and your bestie and clip it to the bag as well.
